Returns policy

If a product is purchased but later a fault is discovered , the item can be sent back for either repair or replacement, providing there has been no evidence of alteration or damage caused by the customer. Faults may be reported up to six months after purchasing, and we will cover postage for the faulty product to be returned. 
Returns where the customer has changed their mind will be given up to fourteen days after purchase, but postage of the return will be at the customers expense. All items returned must be in the condition which they were sent, I will need your order number when you are enquiring about a return. As I am an independent retailer, please allow up to seven days for postage. You will receive an email confirming your purchase, and another to confirm when the order has been shipped. Please make sure when filling our your order that you have written the correct details. If there has been a mistake, you may have time to email and I will do my best to correct the order for you. If you have any concerns regarding an order please contact the above address and I will help you. Currently I am only shipping within the UK, but please register any interest for orders overseas and I will look into it if there is enough demand.
